An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ar786 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts as notified in the account settings. A bet is binding once you have confirmed it and received a bet confirmation from ar786. It is your responsibility to check the details — stake, odds, selection and market — before confirming. ar786 cannot reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.
If an event or market is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified settlement window, or declared void by ar786, all bets on that event or market will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance as credit. In-play bets that are placed after an event has concluded — due to data delays — may also be voided at ar786's discretion.
PSL and T20 international matches are settled based on the official match result as declared by the governing body. Rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis outcomes and super-overs are all treated according to the specific market rules displayed before placing your bet. Live in-play markets are suspended during breaks in play and updated as the match resumes.
In the event of an obvious pricing error — including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market price — ar786 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds. Deliberately targeting and exploiting pricing errors is considered a breach of these Terms.
Maximum win limits apply per bet, per market and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market and vary depending on the game type, stake level and your account tier. VIP members may have enhanced win limits based on their tier level.
Casino games, including Live Casino tables such as Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack, and Fish Games such as Mega Fishing and Royal Fishing, are governed by the specific game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned. ar786 is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted internet connectivity on the player's side.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ar786 account credentials, including your username and password. ar786 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it directly.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact ar786 support immediately through the in-app contact channel. ar786 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access.
